This road trip series is bringing me so much joy during a very challenging week! I don’t know if I will ever have the opportunity to travel to Norway, as much as I’d like to, and the stunning views and friendly conversation are just what I need right now. Thank you!!!

Joanna Lumley has been doing a series over here on tv where she has travelled to Norway and also travelled past Lofoten and she saw the Northern Lights where she had such a good show of them she was reduced to tears at the way it made her feel so happy as she had wanted to see them her whole life.

Thank you for sharing the beauty of Norway. My ancestors came from Statland. I did my first footwork with the quarantine patches. I want to try mittens next. In one of your podcasts would you show what the inside of the mitten looks like? Can’t wait for new postcard videos and podcasts!

Hallo from Germany, startend following during Corona times and now I do not miss a single post. Finished Hedvig in four weeks and Lofoten Journey inspired me a lot. More of what makes me happy was the advice of a good friend. And I do so, in following you guys. Thank you for making the difference. Petra

Your videos have been such a wonderful experience through these tough times. I celebrated my 80 th birthday during this time and Thank Heaven all is still going well for us. I prayed for both of your recoveries and so happy you are doing good again. Take care and continue to enjoy your trip. Looking forward to many more great times together.

I saw your packing video and thought I would pass along a shop I buy socks from called Out of Print. I too am a fan of fun and unique socks and Out of Print sells literary themed ones. Socks with Sherlock’s pipe on them, stacks of books, Jane Austen themed and such. A portion of each sale goes to support book donations and literacy programs around the world too. Just thought I’d mention it in case you wanted to check it out 😊

Hi there, I would like to see the state church that was the inspiration for the design of your mitten pattern mentioned on the video of 8/30. Thanks.

I did my first color knit work doing the quarantine patches. I want to try mittens next. There is always the beautiful finished product but I have never seen \the inside of the finished mitten. Could that be added to one of your upcoming podcasts or tutorials?
