400 grams of Cottage Cheese
400 grams rolled oats
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the cottage cheese and beat until smooth. Add the oats, salt and baking powder and mix everything well.
Make eight buns. Brush them with some water and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool down on the metal rack.
These buns must be stored in the fridge (because of the cottage cheese). Then, heat them in the oven or toaster as you go.
