Have you ever had cloudberries? These precious little berries grow in Scandinavia, Finland, Russia, The Baltics, Canada, USA and Russia. In Norway, they are are called “the gold of the Arctic” and we make a wonderful dessert for Christmas called Multekrem (cloudberry cream).
Join us as we pick the berries in our secret forest and in the kitchen as we prepare one of the highlights in any Norwegian Christmas table!

Recipe for Mutekrem (Cloudberry cream)
It’s very simple, all you need to do is whip som cream, add some sugar and the cloudberries. For 4 people, we did:
4 dl whipped cream
2 tbsps sugar
3 dl cloudberries (if you can’t find cloudberries, you can replace the berries with jam)
That’s pretty much it! Enjoy!!
