For those of you kitting this the magic loop method…..what length needles did you use?
A. My husband’s aunt taught me how to make it many years ago. Yum!

Today’s question is a bit tricky, because the American flour brand, King Arther, tells us that the Norwegian immigrants modified the old Norwegian flatbread to include potatoes here in America, because the immigrants had not access to potatoes than milled flour.
So the quiz answer is most likely A.
But in America this is considered an American-Norwegian immigrant variation of bread and not the ‘traditional Norwegian lefse flat bread that traveled back to Europe.

I love lefse! I used to make it with my grandmother every Christmas so it was fresh for Christmas Eve dinner. I love those memories.
