I am curious why we would have to cut the white colour when it is used again on needle 1 (or magic loop beginning). Can we not just knit the red yarn on needle 4 and 1, leaving the white yarn to connect again with chart 10, just not sure the purpose of cutting it? Also, had a hard time finding and getting chart 10, but finally found it, refreshing didn’t work. Thank you.

what size dpn’s are you using for this pattern? I’m off to a late start because I have 3 more quilts to finish before Christmas and 2 more sweaters to knit for my mini dachshund before it gets cooler here in HOT Arizona. Thanks for the help. I’m loving g this year’s sock. I have done all the Christmas knot alongside, Advent events and my favorite episodes were the gingerbread house. so much fun.
