OVERNIGHT OATS

2 servings

2.5 dl (1 cup) of Rolled Oats

2.5 dl (1 cup) of Water

1 pinch of salt

1 Banana

100 grams of Raspberries

2.5 dl (1 cup) of Almond Milk

2 tablespoons of Pecan Butter (or grind 60 grams of Pecan Nuts until it becomes buttery)

2 tablespoons of Maple Sirup

In a bowl, mush the Banana with a fork. Add the water, oats and a pinch of salt, mix well and add the raspberries.

Put in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take the bowl out of the fridge, mix everything together with 2.5 dl Almond Milk.

Divide the porridge into two plates and divide the Pecan butter and Maple Syrup between both plates as topping.

Steel-Cut Oats with Pears in Salty Caramel Sauce

2 servings

2 Pears

2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil

2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup

1 pinch of Maldon Salt (or any other flaky salt)

Steel-Cut Oats cooked in water, with a pinch of salt.

Cook two servings of Steel Cut Oats according to the description on the package.

As the oats are cooking, peel and slice the pears.

Heat a pan with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil (we prefer the fragrant oil that tastes of coconut for this dish)  and add the pears. Stir-fry for a few minutes.

Add a pinch of Maldon salt and stir for another minute.

Add 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup and stir quickly until the pears are covered in the syrup.

Add the pears in caramel sauce as topping to the warm steel-cut oats.

ENJOY!
